While Maxwell involves himself with fighting global warming, opposing nuclear power, refusing GMOs, pushing for renewable energies such as wind, water and solar power, and other issues considered as being of importance within the movement he also solves problems where industry used to require harming the environment for profit. Since the age of Enlightenment the awareness of the ideal need for optimal health and prosperity for nature and technology commenced with a kindled spark with continued to be nurtured and maintained to burn brighter and nourishing with its rays and those whom kept this ideology alive made certain they adapted it as it should gain momentum and not suffer discredit and perish through lack of air to breath.
Maxwell's presidential predecessor Richard Dylan, was a heroic martyr who until his death was Maxwell's inspiration to rise to the occasion to carry on his legacy through personal innovative adaptation as the former president Richard Dylan personally got involved in leading his people to success in almost every field of governance, protection and warfare and he did not give up hope even when he was captured by foreign fanatical radicals and executed on live recording after mentioning in his spontaneous eloquently wise speech that the world's villains can't control the American people and the rest of the world whom should resist evil. Books of Richard Dylan's philosophy and some of his diaries throughout his presidency have been honourably published and many from of his inner circle have told his tale through video documentaries.
Politics (from Greek:  politikos, meaning "of, for, or relating to citizens") is the practice and theory of influencing other people on a global, civic or individual level. More narrowly, it refers to achieving and exercising positions of governance — organized control over a human community, particularly a state. Furthermore, politics is the study or practice of the distribution of power and resources within a given community (a hierarchically organized population) as well as the interrelationship(s) between communities. A variety of methods are employed in politics, which include promoting one's own political views among people, negotiation with other political subjects, making laws, and exercising force, including warfare against adversaries. Politics is exercised on a wide range of social levels, from clans and tribes of traditional societies, through modern local governments, companies and institutions up to sovereign states, to the international level.
Originally, the state was a military institution. For many years, it was just a territory ruled by a king who was surrounded by a small elite group of warriors and court officials and it was basically rule by force over a larger mass of people. Slowly, however, the people gained political representation for none can really be said to be a member of the State without the right of having a voice in the direction of policy making. One of the basic functions of the State in regards to administration is maintaining peace and internal order; it has no other excuse for interfering in the lives of its citizens. To maintain law and order the State develops means of communication. The regulation of what happens in a city is important for orderly peace.
As a primarily military institution, the State is concerned with the allegiance of its subjects, viewing disloyalty and espionage as well as other sorts of conspiracies as detrimental to its national security. Thus arises the law of treason. Criminal acts in general, breaking the peace and treason make up the whole, or at least part of criminal law enforced by the State as distinguished from the law enforced by private individuals or by the state on behalf of private individuals.
The king often, even in absolute monarchies, ruled his kingdom with the aid of an elite group of advisors, a council without which he could not maintain power. As these advisors, and others outside the monarchy negotiated for power, constitutional monarchies emerged, which may be considered the germ of constitutional government. The ideas of how politics happened are thus:
Preserving the institution of kingship through heredity.
Preserving the traditions of the social order.
Being able to withstand criticism as an impersonal authority.
Being able to manage a greater deal of knowledge and action than a single individual such as the king.
A state is understood as an institution and a government is understood as the regime in power.
When the voice of the individual can be heard, the danger of arbitrary interference by the State is greatly reduced.
Constitutions are written documents that specify and limit the powers of the different branches of government. Although a constitution is a written document, there is also an unwritten constitution. The unwritten constitution is continually being written by the legislative branch of government; this is just one of those cases in which the nature of the circumstances determines the form of government that is most appropriate.
The greatest enemy of fair politics is fascism.
A political party is a political organization that typically seeks to attain and maintain political power within government, usually by participating in electoral campaigns, educational outreach or protest actions. Parties often espouse an expressed ideology or vision bolstered by a written platform with specific goals, forming a coalition among disparate interests.
The meaning of left-wing and right-wing, right wing often values tradition and social stratification while the left wing often values reform and egalitarianism, with the center seeking a balance between the two such as with social democracy or regulated capitalism.
“Absolute power corrupts absolutely.” Forms of corruption vary, but include extortion, cronyism, nepotism, patronage, graft, and embezzlement. While corruption may facilitate criminal enterprise such as drug trafficking, money laundering, and trafficking, it is not restricted to these activities. Corruption is the rule of thieves/criminally insane.
Property is the right vested on the individual or a group of people to enjoy the benefits of an object, be it material or intellectual.

Chapter two: Superhuman heroics

Each region's industrial revolution sparked a necessity to keep the air and land clean so as not become sick and allow new generations to show how such pollution has made them ugly. Environmentalism has adapted to deal with new issues such as global warming, overpopulation and genetic engineering. Environmentalism and green politics demand participatory democracy of which is a responsible duty.

Other than office work, talking to people and signing documents with approval, disapproval and permission, the president is left with some time to perform some problem solving duties, eat/drink, clean oneself, excrete waste, spend quality time with his First Lady wife, Mercy, and sleep anywhere in the world. The Problem-solvers, a regulated elite organised task force squad of recently transcended patriotic veteran soldiering men and women saviours with various special expert talents and skills whom investigate and solve problems through ingenious wits, resourceful technique and vigourous strength, are facilitating extensions of the president's purposeful duty and cause whom continue to help his cause to be omnipresent to rectify problems throughout each day and the world, often happening at the same moment.
I shall mention only several solutions in a list, but be aware president Maxwell Greenworth knows how else to solve and make happen the aforementioned lists of problems and the necessary ideas:  
1. As for Ebola spreading from West Africa and other diseases the solution is to encourage those whom are infected to be quarantined for the sake of the whole world and ignore how much it is a personal problem to be away from loved ones not infected, these infected people should stop being passionately sentimental and wanting and follow procedures of order to be medically treated and hope they become cured so that they may reunite with their loved ones without infecting more people.
2.  As for Foreign Aid, there is no such thing as independence, sharing is nice and accepting help is wise, it is best to do legal favours for each other in gratitude.
3. As for Conservation, the solution is that citizens should get involved in greatly contributing to the protection of things that need to be conserved, reducing the demand for attacking things that should remain conserved and donate their services to secure these conservations.
4. As for climate change, the solution is to adapt to how the environment is changing as one makes the most of one's situation while one unites with everyone as they try their best to return climates to normal.
5. As for Poverty, governments should invest in their citizens as they help, teach and guide these citizens with sponsorship until these citizens become successful and able to afford to repay their governments for saving them from misfortune.
6. As for global warming, the solution is for people to rectify their lifestyles and always be aware of how they are saving the planet and world by actively making a difference to promote happiness through effort and transcended behaviour.
7. As for Racism, the solution is that people of each race needs to tolerate and learn to adapt to act, think and express themselves in way of which does not provoke annoyance, disgust and distrust for another and realise prejudice is wrong.
8. As for Water scarcity crises, the solution is that people need to take advantage of rainfall by artificially creating dams, lake and springs throughout regions of towns, cities and wilderness.
9. As for global governance failure, the solution is for those authority need to want to be fair, honest and dutifully helpful and generous, by inspiring and convincing those whom would be careless to understand the importance of being balance between selfish and selfless and showing them how satisfying it feels to be altruistic.
10. As for unemployment, the solution is for people be entrepreneurs, fortune favours those whom help themselves, thus not being lazy and rather sharing and profiting from what one is an expert at while always learning more to further become successful, however the government should also help these entrepreneurs endorsing their valuable need of these rarities when individual entrepreneurs cannot advertise enough and creating trends.

Chapter seven: Enemies and Revolutions

President Maxwell Greenworth and the Problem-solvers have after a couple of months have involved themselves with rectifying environmental and social issues, and also implemented several greatly beneficial and radical ideas, but now he wants to bring justice to dishonest leaders, bullying corporations and cruel warlords. It is not easy, but the arduous effort shall be worth the inevitable success. President Maxwell Greenworth decides to solve these unexplored problems with profound punishing lessons of empathy. There is a need to make revolutions happen so to evolve with adaptation and forsake old habits that are no longer necessary for optimal happiness and success of all affected by and belonging to these authorities.

Chapter eight: Elf Aliens welcome Earthlings to a new era

The aliens of whom are the most advanced species in the past, present and experienced future are called the Elves begin to educate the Earthlings and one of the first things the Elves tell them is that the Cosmic calendar is very ancient, every region of space's beginning began at different chronological moments in the expansion of the cosmos, however from the future an alien has travelled back in time to the moment the big bang happened, secure in a shielded spacecraft it commenced to set a chronological calendar of which did endure to count as it would be pushed without obliteration to the expansing limits of the cosmos and communicate the cosmic time to everyone who can acknowledge, receive and understand the message. But this was not the end of counting the days and years, for more time-travellers manifested in the similar way to near their planets to measure when their planets became habitable for life and create another calendar based on that.
The Elves attended the White House to honour and reward President Maxwell Greenworth on his leadership of which brought justice and peace to the civilisations of the planet with being made world leader of planet Earth for as long as he is needed and wanted by his species. As the Elves educate the Earthlings they also share their culture, knowledge and technology. Bliss is gifted to the Earthlings as they commence sharing the cosmos with all the other species of alien in harmonious respect and kindness.
