Exploring Captain Planet
Chapter one: Introductions
Genesis has a song called 'Land of Confusion' of which mentions everything we all need to listen to, acknowledge and follow. There is also a superhero all about saving the Earth called 'Captain Planet' of which I admire. This essay will be about him and what we should do of which he would approve.
Chapter two: “With your powers combined I am Captain Planet!”
“My generation will put it right!” is another quote of which is very hoping, trusting and positive in attitude. The spirit of Captain Planet could be alive all of us, the spark needs to be ignited and roused from dormancy. His powers from us, Planeteers, are metaphors for our skills, talents and dexterous hands of which working together as a team could make things right.
The categories of things needed to be resolved are: Pollution, Scarcity, Urbanisation, Corruption of Leadership, and Indifference.
The solutions are: Clean, harmless and free energy and recyclable waste, regulated abundance, more smart farming and more clean water supply, Renewed social values and respect for the wild, Honest, kind and shrewd leadership, and involved participation and wary preventing of unnecessities.
How do we do this and make it happen?
Determination, hard work and sacrifice, and a planned domino effect. Strategy and tactics, harnessing those who can make it so.
Chapter three: Conclusions
Living these methods may be difficult and harsh, but these risks are worth the rewards, success and triumph. “I am he as you are he, and we are he and we are all together!” “Peace and Love, Peace and Love!”
